1. Why is addressing this issue so important?  Shouldn’t workers adjust to meet the needs of their employers?

answer: I  think, addressing is important to have their own profile for that specifics company. And as i know, it is better that you have a profile/ addressing to that particular company or person so that, you can share what ever you want to  suggest to that particular organizations. As i can see, the both side of that organizations needs an adjustments to have a  good communications.

2. What can employers who can’t afford such extensive programs as the Deloitte organization do to address the changing preferences of their younger workers?  What would you like to see your employer or prospective employer do to address your wants and needs to retain you?

answer:  I think, that type of employers who can't afford an extensive programs have a good attitude for the organizations because he/she think the seek of others what will be the preferences of others.I like a prospective employer because i think that he  will have a good contributions to my organizations.

answer : I think Cirque du Soleil become successful because of their determination to help others and to share their talents to everyone. And because they have a trust that they talents was given by GOD so that they need to share it to others. I think the product transcend culture differences between the countries is just to give show to others the talents they have.

 answer: Cultural Influences, influence the organizational behavior of Cirque du Soleil to become a good corporate citizen in every country they going.

3. Why is it important for Cirque du Soleil to be a good corporate citizen? How does ethnocentrism relate to fulfilling this role?

answer: It is important to Cirque du Soleil to have a good corporate citizen is because they performed everywhere so that they need to be a good one  just to become a good model in every country they have a performance.
